We look at Jesus turning water into wine. It is more than a simple story of doing the miraculous, it points us, as all of Jesus’ signs do, to something far more profound about who He is and about who we are his followers.

Sign, Sign Everywhere a Sign

Changing water into into wine to help a family hosting a wedding is first of many signs Jesus performs. Could we be signs of Jesus’ of his power to transform us into the people He wants us to be? We watch for the signs and participate in them to reveal God’s glory to others.

Saved to Serve the Whole World

John the Baptist points us to Jesus as the One who comes saves the whole world. Jesus’ baptism is points us to the beginning of how he connects with us in our humanity so that we are encouraged to follow him more faithfully.

Outsiders guiding insiders

On this Epiphany Sunday (the visit of the wisemen) we see how God used three outsiders to the Jewish faith to teach those within the faith what it means to worship and honor Christ.
